4-Transfer of Personal Data

It may be transferred to our suppliers that provide legal and financial consultancy services, e-invoice / e-archive invoice services, product modification services located in the country, to our suppliers that provide database and server services that require technical expertise located abroad, based on the legal grounds of “Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary”, “It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, “Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” and based on your explicit consent.
5- Rights of the Relevant Person Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, If you submit your requests regarding your rights to Focsel using the methods set out below, Focsel will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for the response up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by Focsel will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
In case of damage caused by unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

Persons who have given their consent to Focsel to send commercial electronic messages may, at any time and without stating any reason, refuse to be contacted about general and special campaigns, advantages, product and service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys and other customer satisfaction practices through the contact information they have provided.
Relevant persons/members may make their rejection notification in this regard through Focsel stores or other relevant channels mentioned above.
In accordance with the clear notification of the relevant person/member in this regard, communications to the relevant party through the channels specified by him/her are stopped within the maximum legal period (possible-necessary transactions and communications continue according to the law).
